The first floor has a large living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a granite countertop-level table for dining. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with queen beds and private bathrooms, one with a bathtub.

Each floor has a private terrace with a 5th Avenue view. The rooftop terrace has a Jacuzzi and ocean view.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

We require a 50% deposit within a week after making the reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. The rental deposit, less a US$150 processing fee, is refundable until 60 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations between 31-60 days before arrival are subject to 50% surcharge of the rental. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are subject to 100% surcharge of the rental. No refund on holiday rentals.
