Reservation and Cancellation Policy

We require a 50% deposit within a week after making the reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. The rental deposit, less a US$150 processing fee, is refundable until 60 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations between 31-60 days before arrival are subject to 50% surcharge of the rental. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are subject to 100% surcharge of the rental. No refund on holiday rentals
