This new 1,500 square foot contemporary villa is located in Playacar Phase I, steps away from the beach and a five minute walk from 5th Avenue. On the ground level there are 3 bedrooms, each with bathrooms, and with the master and second bedroom both having private access to the pool area. On the main level there is a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen. Sliding doors allow access to an upstairs terrace with beautiful ocean view. On this level there is a half bath as well. The surrounding vegetation is lush, creating a private atmosphere for the consummate vacation.

Please ask for special discounts Reservation and Cancellation Policy We require 50% deposit plus security deposit within 7 days of booking for confirmation. The balance of the rental must be paid within 60 days prior to the arrival date. If reservations are made less than 60 days before arrival a 100% of rental and security deposit are required within 7 days of booking. The rental deposit, less a US$250 processing fee, is refundable until 90 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations between 31-60 days before arrival are subject to 75% surcharge of the rental. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are subject to a 100% surcharge of the rental. No refund on holiday rentals. Security deposit will be refunded upon any cancellation. |
