Reservation and Cancellation Policy

We require a 30% deposit within a week after making the reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. The rental deposit, less a US$150 processing fee, is refundable until 70 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations between 45-70 days before arrival are subject to 30% surcharge of the rental. Cancellations made less than 45 days before arrival are subject to 100% surcharge of the rental. No refund on holiday rentals (Dec 15 till Jan 15).
